MY FIRST REVIEW (LOL)

8-)

So my most recent chapstick EXPIRED, and I wanted a new one asap before winter started D: It's sometimes chilly in the morning :/ Kelly recommended Softlips chappy :) Got it for under $5 which is good :/ I guess, because before I was hunting through Grace Bros, sorry, Myer (I keep saying Grace Bros.. nggh) and they had tinned lip balm for OVER $20 O_O First thing I did after I walked out of the pharmacy was to try it. Smelled yummy, and felt super soothing- menthol. PLUS FACTOR: Isn't shiny like gloss or anything :) (so boys can wear it too.. my dad used to refuse to wear lip balm.. he said it was too "girly" PSH. asif) MINUS: You have to reapply quite often. Unlike the Blistex Ultra Lip Balm...

Omg that stuff goes on white and looks flaky, but it stays. So I use that for bivs and big outdoor activities because it's water resistant for 80 mins or so and has SPF 30+ :D

Next item: Garnier Pure

This is the first time I've purchased any of the Garnier facial cleansing products. I don't like their shampoos because they're too runny =-=; and the bright green bottle looks really weird & clashes with the bathroom walls (lol).

Wash, Scrub and Mask. Honestly, the only difference between wash and scrub is that with scrubbing you massage the stuff into your face in a circular motion. : The good thing about it is that it sort of retains enough moisture in your face so that it doesn't feel dry. I used it this morning and forgot moisturiser and I feel A-okay :)

Tried the mask last night while watching Edward Scissorhands. :D:D:D (and Hulk) I had a greenish face. You can seriously feel it penetrate into your face x) and when I washed it off, my face felt smooth like a baby's bottom without poo stuck to it.

I don't think it's 3 in 1. Scrub = Wash, hence 2 in 1. I recommend it to those who have COMBINATION SKIN. :) esp the mask part. It feels niicee. Also, having 2 products in one is also quite convenient. I don't have to stumble around in the bathroom blindly looking for different bottles :)

NUMBER THREE: Tea Tree Oil. Okay, recently, due to increased snacking sessions :( I got alot of isolated but prominent spots on my face D: I was okay about it until one day when my dad says "When did you get so many pimples?" Before, 2 was not a number I would consider to be many, but after he said it, I felt slightly self conscious. So I had to find a product to ATTACK those invaders. This stuff comes in a childproof cap (Belle proof also) and took me ages to take off. lol. It smells quite strong, but I like the scent. Others like KELLY don't like it too much . haha. But its a natural and gentle way of conquering those little red rascals that pop up here and then. Hopefully it works. If it does, I plan on making my own little all-natural-organic skin care collection. (I've decided it's an okay thing to invest in, because I don't want to have saggy, scarred skin when I'm 40ish D:) Direction: 2 drops on a cotton bud and wipe onto any spot you want to get rid of. Do this about 3 times a day. :) $10 for 10mL. D:

4 et 5 numero; I needed new shoes because 2 pairs of mine died :) I admit, Rubi's shoes look quite the opposite to sturdy, however they were not expensive. $15 for a pair, 2nd pair half price. :) There. Good thing about these shoes is that they don't hurt (or give you blisters around your achilles area) like alot of flats do. So say goodbye to the days of wearing bandaids or elastoplast to prevent those nasty buggers. I'm scared the soles of the shoes will come off though. These shoes feel quite flimsy. I'll only wear these on sunny days. :) Don't want to risk the colour running off when I go out on a rainy day D:

So thus ends my strange/retarded review.

My last post was rather short. I shall expand on it here. KRISSYBUBBLES (AKA CHRIS AU) has a blog now. :) So I decided to link you all. This boy cracks me up and hopefully will crack you up too. He is one of the many musically gifted friends I have and claims to be pitch perfect (lol hehe jk). Stuff he writes is enjoyable to read, so if you have time CLICK IT.

Nggggh. So much stuff due tomorrow. I shall start homeworking now :)

Have a good week everyone.

Hmm reading your opinions on products is enlightening. Perhaps make it a recurring segment.

GL with homework.

Did you get your tea tree oil from the body shop? I can't tell from the photo. In any case it might be cheaper from the chemist.. there's a bottle with a yellow label that my household has always used.

I like the shoes! I'm not sure how long they'll last either, but they're cool :) And cos they're cheaper than most, it's not too much of a bother if they wear out quicker I reckon.

lol never mind i just re-read your post and you did get the tea tree oil from the body shop XD i recommend that if you can get the product elsewhere ie at pharmacies etc, avoid the body shop cos its expensive (due to branding etc).

Oh gosh. my mum saw the teatree oil and told me it was cheaper at the supermarket D:

Damn. Next time I'll state where I go to buy things before I go buy them, so everyone can tell me where I can get things for cheaper :D
