IN THE JUNGLE THE MIGHTY JUNGLE, THE LION SLEEPS TONIGGGGHT
- Monday - LANCY. Hope you liked what we all got you. 8) All Carmen's idea methinks
- Sunday?- Beidi. Hope you had a good one
- TODAY- Peter . O_O assembly announcement?
Celebrations aside, I've come to realise that watching the news during dinner puts me off food a little. Because I'm a little older (and wiser, I'd like to think), I've noticed that there has been a dramatic influx of bad news in the recent months.
- Global financial crisis- job losses (remember that guy who killed his whole family because he lost his job?)
- Swine flu- people just panicked
- North Korea and it's ridiculous nuclear weapons (missile heads?)
- Swine flu in AUSTRALIA just popping out of no where
These are only the MAJOR MAJOR things. Of course, I only watch the real news- ABC and SBS. Other channels just feature false eye witnesses who use "chk chk boom" as their catchphrase. Honestly, that girl is mentally misguided.
Did you notice that when she started imitating them, she put on the accent as well 8) fully sic mate. Hilarious.
Anyway, during dinner my dad said something about North Korea being poor. Because I am an ignorant fool, I had no idea and so he gave me a mini-lesson about poor communist countries. According to him (btw, if this is completely false, you know who to blame), China and North Korea were like, good buddies because they're communist countries and yerr. "Brothers" was the term he used (would have killed our current lady principal) to describe the relationship. Apparently these "brothers" are supposed to help each other out alot, so China used to give money to NK, but apparently they don't anymore (confirmation?). This all sounds sort of very distant to me... I have no idea whatsoever. APPARENTLY, China used to have that relationship with Vietnam too before the French invaded. When China stopped sharing their funds, Vietnam was angry etc and turned against them?
I was shucks at history. And I have no recollection of learning about this at all. I wish I did. It sounds so interesting.
Anyway, continuing, I watching a report on ABC, and the reporter said something along the lines of America telling Japan to destroy the NK missile depot places.
WHAT. KIND. OF. LUDICROUS. IDEA. IS. THAT.
Do they have ANY idea how risky that is. You could seriously start some kind of war D: And I really don't want that to happen. (2009 is bad enough. GFC, HSC syllabus change in Jap and English, Swine flu. really. One would think that the HSC itself would be enough. but no. THANK YOU VERY MUCH WORLD or any other SPIRITUAL BEING WHO IS BIG AND ALMIGHTY).
I know NK is acting in a really retarded way atm, sending out another two missiles into the Jap sea. They must be really freaked out. I know I would be, if I was a few thousand km up north.. but personally, I don't think attacking them first is a good idea.
I'd usually never say anything like this because I'm sort of against the former, but
MAKE LOVE, NOT WAR
And make more tamiflu drugs. D: This sudden increase in numbers of people who have randomly contracted swine flu really mystify me. How on earth are they getting sick? A month or so ago, I was listening to the morning radio, and this woman was talking about some flu that existed an age ago (spanish flu? no i don't think so.. not sure). A bunch of sailors (prolly British) had the flu and they didn't die. Apparently this was the "first wave". The "second wave" of the flu killed SO MANY PEOPLE, it was quite depressing to hear about it. I really hope this "wave" of flu isn't lethal. And I sure hope people don't pass any random flu to me because I really don't need illness.
I'm quite surprised I'm not sick yet. For the level of sleep I get everynight, I would have thought I'd be unable to maintain my immune system. But I guess being a grot living in my pigsty of a room really does help. My parents constantly complain about my sister's twisted collar (she never fixes it up), and they always tell her to fix it, and to be "more like your sister"(w00! I finally did something right). Then my mum pointed out that hte person who LOOKS the most organised, neat and tidy is not necessarily the one who has the neatest room. My sister's bedroom is THRICE as neat as mine. But I guess she does have less furniture. For one, she has 1 less bookshelf, wardrobe, desk and bed. Oh and two huge plastic containers. My room is like the family dump :(
HIGHLIGHTS OF TODAY (eh hehehe)
- Double bio with a no sub was basically wasted on us talking about Masterchef (lol! so many people watch it), and scrolling through photos in our phones.
- taking an actual photo in bio, with us looking ridiculous.
doncha love it?
Afterschool, I thought my mother was going to pick me up. But I forgot she was at work today. ! So I just stood there for a while and (i) I remembered. :( I didn't bring wallet/travel ten to school ($20 in my bag though, but getting $19.10 change in coins did not seem appealing at all) so i walked to the library joining Christine and Momo.
Started to study, but went hunting for the financial review.
WHAT A CRAPPY LIBRARY. No newspaper stand, just a few random chinese papers stacked messily on one of the desks. :( So I resorted to reading Empire. One of my favourite magazines that I am too poor to buy. I loveeee it. Afterwards I read a magazine I used to loveee. Back when I was a retarded teenage girl. Gf. ;D Kristen Bell and RPattzz on the front. Stubble does not suit him (g.clooney on the other hand...). Momo left and Christine and I got into a conversation about formal.
oh man. there seems like so much to do before the actual day (and actually I'm sort of dreading it). I'm thinking of getting some kind of dress online (baahaha risky i know) and if it's the wrong size I can take it to the tailors? or DIY. It would be more affordable. We have some pretty disgusting dresses in australia. The sort of decent ones cost heaps- something I simply cannot afford. I went through this super vain phase once.. didn't suit my budget. I'll stick to being an average girl who tries not to care. (btw I spend way too much on food D: )
Okay. I CHANGED TOPICS SO RAPIDLY. D: WHAT IS WRONG WTIH ME D: (and NEIGHBOURS. wtffffff. I HATE SUNNY. And WTH is wrong with ELLE D: and PAUL FOR DOING A RUNNER? AND BRIDGET FOR BEING A RETARD D: .. and DONNA AND RINGO.. I am considering not watching this show. It messes wiht my mind so much and the plot is getting gayer and gayer. D: )
Hope you all have a great week. Perhaps I need to rest some more. My mind is screaming like crazy.
Ps. I have a vid of Topher guitaring, and Michael Yoon singing (hilarious) anyone interested?

ngaaaaaawww
The weekend went by too quickly.
D: D:
I GOT A HAIRCUT. But the fringe looks disgusting, so I guess I'll hack away at it myself.
Astonishing fact for the day: The day before CNY, the cny sweets cost $3. Today, I saw at tonyon it was $1.80
O_O
BIG RIP, YES?
I got onto the comp to find someone to teach me math.. but the first thing I did was read a blog and watch a video someone posted there.
Felt immense stress today when I was trying to do my math/bio. I just couldnt concentrate, and my dad was being a pain by watching a movie right next to me on his laptop... and my sister just barged in every few minutes just for the fun of it.
Tuesday arvos. LIBRARY. I'm not coming home until the library closes. Oh make that every afternoon that I'm free. D: I'm so bugged by the fact that I planned the perfect Friday arvo chill session.. and I forgot I'm not free on Fridays. D: D: D: This is terrible.
I HAVE READ SO MUCH GOTHIC STUFF MY HEAD IS EXPLOSMING WITH GOTHICNESS I COULD BUILD A CASTLE WTIH CARDS AND MAKE IT LOOK GOTHIC.
Damn its school again :( I find I stress over small things... Like neighbours talking loudly (not mawson.. :P) I SWEAR, THEY WERE BLOODY TALKING ON THE FRONT LAWN... OUTSIDE MY ROOM WINDOW. AND MY DESK IS RIGHT AT THE WINDOW! ! ! *steams blows out of ears* GO TALK INSIDE YOUR HOUSE.
grrr.I feel bi-polar T_T:
oh and happy birthday swami. Hope you have a good one ! I couldn't find a nice sarong. So I'll give you some sort of card that says "COME BACK IN TWO WEEKS" and you'll have some kind DIY sarong that i made :) IT HAS TO BE PURPLE :) AND MANLY..
Oh geez. i do sound bi-polar

First day of school 2009
Well, it's my final year of school. After three terms of sitting in classrooms, eating and gossiping I'll be out of school.
D:
Sounds daunting.
Rant of the day. What the hell is with my sister and her fear of the phone. No, actually, she's fine on the phone when talking to her friends... but when it comes to calling up Vodafone to register her phone, she's scared shatless, it's pretty pathetic + annoying to watch. I mean, honestly, she's in YEAR 9 and expects me to do everything for her.
I've done everything myself since ages and ages ago.
This is like her fear of ordering food at counters (E.g. MacDonalds). A few years back, she had this HUGE retarded fear of ordering food and she'd get everyone else to do it. Man, I was ordering food in PRIMARY (haa. what a healthy diet ehh ;) and you still see her knees knocking at the counters. D: D: D:
I am becoming increasingly frustrated at her unwillingness to do anything for herself or anyone and that she expects me to do everything for her. I REFUSE TO CALL VODAFONE FOR HER. I don't even want her to go Voda. Cos Voda's gay. Really. Now I have to pay to call anyone from my family. They've all been converted to Voda. D:
Far out.
I refuse to conform.
kJSLKDJF:SLKJF:SLKDJF
Pushing that rant aside, we all got our timetables today. On every Wednesday I have 2 frees. O_O Such a bludge + good day yeah? Except I still play sport. So I bum at school for a couple of hours. ==; There were heaps of timetable problems this morning. Apparently there was a bogus physics class on alot of people's timetables... lol :) Dayae had triple phys. hehe. lucky her ehh ;) Anyway, my timetable listed me as having taken Chemistry and dropped 2 units of english. HOW PREPOSTEROUS. I dropped chemistry MONTHS AND MONTHS ago.
Now that I have everything arranged, I know I have Ext1 morning class, and Jap Ext afternoon class.. and no chemistry. Yay.
It was very strange to see the former year 10s in their white senior shirts. D: WE SHALL DEFINATELY NOT SHARE THE SENIOR COMMON ROOM WITH THEM, AS LAST YEARS DID NOT SHARE WITH US. It is the unspoken rule that every senior + snooping junior must obey ;)
Homework: bio sheets D:
Home = distraction. A term before my trials or something, I'm going to the library to study everyday.
I swear, today when I got home, I ate + watched tv... because the remote was next to wear I was sitting. D:
And just then, I walked past my room, deciding that it was time I should go to bed soon, I walked in and decided to change. :O THEN MY LAPTOP WAS ON. SO I SAT HERE AND LOGGED ON TO MSN.
D: WHEN I REALISED THIS (I was in a sad sad hypnotic trance) I quickly appeared offline... but I started blogging.
:(
This is where it should end ;)
See you all!
P.S. After school, I caught the 3.15 (I could have gone home at 12.30, but prefects had a rehearsal for valentines assembly) bus home.. it was LATE. But anyway, I got on, and I SAW KRIS, SWAMI, JUSTIN, RUILONG and forgive me, I forgot the other person sitting at the back of the bus. Hehe. And I got an invitation to parra or something for dinner. Which I refused. I shouldn't have. I thought my sister was home alone,, BUT SHE WAS PARTAYING FAR FAR AWAY. So i should have gone out for dinner D:
Oh well.
HAPPY BIRTHDAY to MAWSON and JEN! Hope you guys spend this year doing fun things (HA! HSC :) very fun)

Kidneys!
Today, we dissected lamb kidneys. I got my own.
I even took photos. I'm so inlove with dissection.
Anyway, today was considerably better than yesterday. Especially when I came home to meet ....
Unfortunately they ran out of pink ones.

DOWNSIDE: took gazillions of photos. Alot of battery ran out .... Damn. And I uploaded on to the comp, isn't as beautiful as I expected. Luckily I'm not too big on quality.
TODAY:
- Epping Remembrance Day Service. Davo and I went, got poppies + rosemary, laid a wreath and went back to school. Caught year 9s jigging. Doyle noted down names. Stupid kids. Don't jig in your school uniform. Don't go to Carlingford Court T_T:
- No math teacher
- Jap - normal lesson doing nothing much (doing ext hw xD)
- double bio dissection fun
- ext jap: SO many grammar points SO much vocab in spirited away...

PANIC AND RAGE

Found a butterfly outside Shaw's office. It was nice, BUT it chose to close it wings when I pressed OK. *sigh* I wish I had my camera :*(
This is a card for James :) His birthday tomorrow. HAPPY SEVENTEENTH! I made a 2 second video that I might post up just for the fun of embarrasing myself. I made it because I feel guilty for the absence of a present. So, I thought ! (thought that counts..) yeah and VIDEO :) 2 seconds.. xD
TOMORROW (I was told TODAY!) I will be going to the Epping Club for the rememberance day service and Davo and I will be laying a wreath. I hope I remember to bring my blazer. Must not forget permission note too! ><; I shall be missing english! (noo Shamus... Samus? Chamus? is a fun teacher :D )
Yeah. Enough babbling from me, 'til next time folks. Cheerios! Let's hope tomorrow will be a brighter day!

Thursday: trying to see which size we are. I told Alice to wear an XL ;D So hilarious. Sam, Becky and Alice (S, M, XL). I figured out today, that the sleeves of the XS and the S were the same. And if we measure properly, we would have found that the XS has longer sleeves than the S. T_T; Stupid jerseys have such short sleeves. S and XS sleeves are too short! day 16

Well, this is Winnie and Sandy's cake. Jackie baked it for Sandy as a fake-birthday present. It wasn't Sandy's birthday, but Sandy lied to Jackie during bio one day, and Jackie remembered. So yeah. :)
The pink is supposed to be maroon, but there was a problem with the icing! Cake was nice :)
Day eleven was nothing special. Just did math hw. zzz. I'm quite tired. I should retreat to bed now.
Oh! I was baking in the cadet uniform today. Seriously, we should wear something different in summer!

My room is a blazing furnace
I'm baking in here. This is ridiculous. I've already drawn my heavy duty shun-the-sunshine-curtains and I feel like a piece of roast pork.
I didn't blog yesterday.
Infact, I didn't even hop on the computer last night! I was on a family outing to the city. We used to go out quite often, but in the past recent months I've been quite busy with my affairs, and yesterday after work, I just decided that I should go out with my family!
Coincidentally, the MOTOR SHOW was there at the exhibition centre (i think...) but we didn't go in. It's a shame I totally forgot to bring my camera, because there were some pretty funky looking cars there. Popped into Harbourside and found more cars. Honestly, imo anyone who buys a WHITE sportscar is making a bad choice. The one I saw yesterday was quite fug =/ but that may have just been the model design.
Anypoos, I spend HOURS and HOURS hunting for a good notebook yesterday in all the Morning Glory's and the Chinese (fake) Morning Glory shops I could find. I am very picky. Very, very, very, very, extremely and UTTERLY picky.
- size
-colour
-pattern
-cover quality
-paper thickness
-paper colour
-shape
-texture
ALL VERY important factors I check when deciding which product I choose. Oh- and price. In the end, I settled for two, (because I couldn't decide- not unusual for me) and they're quite simple looking things. One's red, and smallish ; the other is funkily patterened- black, white and red. BUT THIS MORNING!!!! I found out that if I folded the red cover backwards, it looks like a waitress' take-down-order pad. :O
Very cool. Not that I want to be a waitress :)
D'argh! SO HOT IN HERE!
Currently reading: Confessions of an Ugly Stepsister
My confession: Yes, I copied Justin. I took the book from him once at school and read the foreword (prelude? I forgot the word.. Oh no! and I'm supposed to be doing 4u english.. nggh) and I was hooked. So I went home and started reading. DW I didn't steal his book- I'm wasting my eyes away reading an ebook. Yes. And I'm on the verge of not continuing the story, because the typos in this ebook is appalling. Seriously, whatever happened to dialogue should be a new paragraph etc, etc.
Oh @ Mawson (if you read this =/) to get more hours, you can ask. At the moment she REALLY REALLY desperately NEEDS people/manpower/labour whatever you want to call it. I was working my butt off yesterday with a colleague marking and marking and marking : and then one of us had to take a class because Mrs. Campbell was away :O So yeah, ask... I'll put a word in :) b/c she was asking me yesterday for names of yr 10s.
Bad luck to all those year 10s who don't know me =/ I've been offering jobs to alot of people these few days (I really feel like a salesman) and seriously, TAKE MY OFFER BEFORE IT'S TOO LATE!! Take the job BEFORE your school cert; because that's when everyone starts applying for the job.
Digressing, I'm proud to say that tomorrow, I will drop chemistry, and officially pick up English Ext 2.
Reasons:
1. I totally dislike the prospect of me, sitting in a chem class taught by Her for the rest of term four
2. I totally like the thought of reshuffling my timetable
3. Extra frees
4. 14 units is too much
5. A FOUR UNIT SUBJECT LOOKS SO GOOD!
6. I've started reading again (and writing)
7. Strangely enough, St Louis has inspired me to take up this extra unit of English
8. Hexagonal shapes attached to C-C-C-H chains really scare me.
So... GOODBYE TO CARBON CHAINS and Hello to long, long reflection statements + 5 frees
There are 3 classes for 4u english, and I was quite shocked to find out I couldn't make ANY of the offline classes :( I talked to Mayers about it, and she said I would have to reshuffle my timetable to fit my ext 1 into my timetable (it's currently before school on Mon & Tues) so I could use those mornings for ext 2! hehe so exciting.
The heat is making me stop thinking. My brain is melting!!

boring non-eventful day
so windy today ! i did the laundry and had to hang out/retrieve all the clothes and by the time i reached safety indoors, i was dizzy from being blown about. the wind was crazy today.
i decided to upload this onto youtube today :)
not much happened today at all. last night/this morning i didnt sleep until 5am because i was studying ECONOMICS, yr 11 core- govt interventions etc. i did all this while i was in bed. got up at 1pm and was shocked to find my parents and sister in bed as well. so i had to make brunch. potato gems, bacon, porridge, toast, eggs and tea. not bad aye ? i found it quite satisfying.
for those who are interested in horror hyperfictions, [ c l i c k h e r e ] for The Dionaea House. it's so real, but .. yeah.. its not. i didn't finish it- supernatural things, horror, thrillers, etc freak the hell out of me. when i started reading i had NO IDEA it was to do with horror and supernatural happenings. topher just said it wasnt freaky. BUT IT WAS! so yeah. its good though xD
guitar-ed a bit, petted a few fluff pets on facebook, read more of the RTA drivers guide, read quentin's new blog and remembered HANA YORI DANGO MOVIE is OUT THIS YEAR. !!!! ♥ MATSUMOTO JUN. [/fangirlfit]
today i wanted to learn a new song i saw sim play when i was at her sleepover, but alas, my fingers feel too frozen to do anything except type.
ive been having alot of dreams lately. but i cant seem to remember most of them.

happy early birthday VANESSA
i ♥ vanessa.
she makes chem/bio/parties very interesting. especially when she's hosting it. couple of friends and i went to her (early) birthday party today. i'll upload some photos. quite memorable.
oh actually i'll start right from the beginning of my day.
this morning i stayed up SO late (or early, which ever floats your boat) FIVE AM watching heroes, scrubs, hannah montana, and family guys. haha so yeah. confucious says sleep late, wake late. so i woke at roughly 3pm today.
when i woke, i watched tv with kelly... some random movie on channel seven about Tom Hanks falling inlove with a mermaid. its was kinda of strange. she called herself Madison, learnt English in one day from watching television, and started peeling at one point (consequence of being away from where she's supposed to be for too long).
then i started getting ready for vanessa's party!
i arrived there just in time to see vanessa unwrap (or cut open) winnie's present. TWO MICEyeah. her mother screamed when she saw them
i played with the mouse. until i felt my hands were moist. THE MOUSE PEED ON ME. and my pants. so i had male mouse territory marker on me. mice pee so much. it stanks. so i ran to vanessa's toilet and dunked my knee into the sink and started washing.

*nggh* at pee mark. can you see it? ewwwwie. *cringe* first thing i did when i came home was peel off my pants and i soaked it in a tub of napisan. must get rid of mouse territory markings. *crycrycry*
unhappiness aside, there was food. LOTS OF IT. haha @ winnie in the background. she looks like she's really attacking her satay chicken stick
and then came the cake! it was very yummy, very chocolatey. winnie claimed her piece was bitter so she spat out a mouthful !!! WHAT A WASTE. i had lots of icecream with mine mmm.
hehe someone looks happy xD
we found a bit of "happy birthday" streamer hanging off the ceiling of the entrance hall. chloe decided to play "artist" and lucy was her subject!
BEAUTIFUL!
ALL IN ALL, i had a fabulous time. even the mouse pee was worth it. for those who want all the photos i took that day, they're all up on my photobucket and facebook! i dont think i'll post on bebo. too many scary people on bebo ==;;
i want to go to the city this friday. and burn some of this cash i've been earning all holidays. i mean whats the point of saving when you dont spend?! haha. no fun.
I might have said this before.. some time ago. but i plan to take a photo EVERYDAY in year 12. and at our farewell assembly, i, belle c***** will have a wonderful photoslide for the whole school to see. should i start the album in facebook? or photobucket? hmm. quandary. i cant make up my mind.
I SHOULD DO SOME WORK/ READ SOME MORE RTA ROAD SAFETY RULES. i should prove to my dad that i know my road-stuff so he'll let me take the LEARNERS test. *sigh* im 17 without a learners license. but to be honest, since ive turned 16, i sometimes get nightmares about carcrashes etc. very, very vivid/gory/sick and that sort of turns me off driving. however the luxury of being able to get from loc A to loc B without waiting for late sydbuses sounds pretty good. esp if its at night :)
I LOVE HEROES!
